Choose a board game as a gift at Gallu Shop, and we will beautifully package it in gift wrapping. Birthday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day – we will elegantly wrap the game box in gift paper and decorate it with a ribbon, and of course, without price tags or receipts inside.

How much does gift packaging cost?

The cost of packaging any gift is 165 UAH. If you want to separate board games and package them individually, you need to pay for each package.

Please note that gift packaging is not included in the order amount required for free shipping.

How to order gift packaging?

  1. Add the gift paper you like the most to your order cart.
  2. Write your preferred ribbon color in the order comments or inform the manager when they contact you.
  3. Important! If the recipient is someone else, don’t forget to include your phone number in the order comments or contact us in any way convenient for you.
  4. If you want to split the order into multiple packages, simply add more gift paper to the cart.
  5. If you order multiple packages in the same color, we will label the boxes to avoid any confusion.

Can any product from the assortment be gift-wrapped?

Most products from our online store’s assortment can be beautifully wrapped, except for knitted toys, as they are shipped from a warehouse in another city. In case of any issues with orders, our manager will definitely contact you.

Can gift-wrapped products be returned?

Yes, gift-wrapped products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. However, the gift packaging itself cannot be returned. More detailed information about product returns is available here.

Want to send a gift directly to the recipient?

Simply specify the surprise recipient’s address as the delivery address, along with their phone number and full name. Mandatory! Include your contact details in the order comments, and our manager will contact you as soon as possible to clarify all details (delivery times, ribbon color, etc.). It’s also advisable to provide your email address during the order for communication with our manager.

Will the gift packaging be damaged during transportation?

We always place the gift-wrapped game in a standard shipping box to ensure the order arrives at the recipient safe and sound.
