Return Policy and Quality Guarantee

Please check for any defects in the product upon receipt.

Attention! When receiving your package, carefully inspect the integrity of the packaging and its contents. If there are any defects, notify the representative of “Nova Poshta” or the relevant postal service and sign the appropriate report.

This way, regardless of the outcome of the report, we’ll have proof of the defect and can offer you a return or compensation, even if the report is rejected.

Otherwise, claims related to damages will not be accepted by us.

 

You may also exchange or return a product covered by the Consumer Protection Law within 14 days of purchase. To take advantage of this option, please ensure that:

  • The product has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, or other damage.
  • The product is fully complete, and the packaging integrity is intact (protective film has not been removed).
  • All labels and factory markings are preserved.

Important! The Consumer Protection Law does not allow returns of printed publications of proper quality.

The cost of shipping for returns is borne by the buyer.

In cases of delayed orders, complete loss of the shipment, incorrect delivery route, or other unforeseen circumstances, the responsibility for covering costs falls on the seller.
