Payment

Depending on your chosen option, you can pay for your order in the following ways:

  • Cash on Delivery. Payment upon receipt (service fee: "Nova Poshta": 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount). You pay when picking up your order at a Nova Poshta branch. Available only for orders of 250 UAH or more.
  • Courier upon Delivery (across Ukraine, according to the carrier’s rates).
  • Online Payment via MonoPay. Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Any bank, with no commission for you.
  • Installment Payments via Monobank.
  • Card Transfer to Monobank. After placing your order, our manager will provide you with card details, and you can pay via a terminal, bank cashier, or any other convenient method.
  • By Bank Details. Payment directly to the sole proprietor’s (FOP) bank account using provided details.

If none of the listed payment methods suit you, our manager will assist in finding alternative options on an individual basis.

Orders under 250 UAH are shipped only with full prepayment.

 

FOR ORDERS OF 2,000 UAH OR MORE, DELIVERY TO A NOVA POSHTA BRANCH IS FREE

FOR ORDERS OF 1,500 UAH OR MORE, DELIVERY TO AN UKRPOSHTA BRANCH IS FREE

 

Delivery

Orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 4:00 PM (3:00 PM on weekends). Delivery to your specified Nova Poshta branch takes an additional 1 to 2 days, or in some cases 3 to 4 days, depending on the distance to your location.

Delivery costs are determined by the carrier’s rates, starting at 40 UAH. For certain order amounts, delivery to a branch is free.

  • To a Nova Poshta Branch. By default, delivery is to a Nova Poshta branch per the carrier’s rates. Unclaimed parcels are automatically returned on the seventh day.
  • To Your Address. Delivery to a specified address by a Nova Poshta courier, per the carrier’s rates.
  • To an Ukrposhta Branch (per the carrier’s rates; shipping requires full prepayment).
  • International Delivery. Our managers will contact you promptly to clarify all necessary details and answer your questions (per the carrier’s rates; shipping requires full prepayment).

If you’re interested in another delivery method, our manager will work with you to resolve this on an individual basis.

If a parcel is not picked up from a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, it is automatically returned to the sender on the seventh day, regardless of the payment method.
