The memory of your grandparents isn’t what it used to be. Some of their most cherished moments are slowly fading away. You set off in a paper boat, drifting among the clouds, to recover these memories and help your loved ones recall the good old days.
Journey from cloud to cloud, arranging memory fragments in the correct order (1 to 6) to restore their memories and win the game.
About the Board Game "Memories in the Sky"
This is a family board game with simple rules and charming illustrations, designed to train memory. Suitable for kids aged 5+ and adults. Every game feels fresh, as 48 cloud tiles are randomly placed—one per sky field location—each time. Plus, 16 of these cloud tiles have magnets, adding a unique twist to gameplay.
How to Play "Memories in the Sky"?
After picking your colored boat (player token), assembling the board, and randomly placing the cloud tiles, 2 to 4 players take turns starting with the first player and moving clockwise.
The goal is to travel to your colored memory squares on the sky field’s edges to collect matching memory cards. Players must move in ascending order: square 1 first, then 2, up to square 6.
Boat Movement Rules
No dice here—on your turn, move your boat to any adjacent cloud tile or memory square, but the boat’s base must always touch a cloud tile. A few travel rules apply:
- Boats can’t move diagonally.
- If you move to a cloud tile occupied by another player, your boat moves straight through it to the next cloud tile or your colored memory square.
The boat keeps moving until one of these happens:
- If the boat sticks to a magnetic tile, you’ve hit a memory gap and stay on that cloud tile until your next turn.
- If the boat reaches your colored memory square, take the top card from your memory stack and place it in front of you to restore a memory. The card and square numbers must match. You can’t move to other players’ memory squares.
When you can’t move your boat further, your turn ends, and the next player goes. The first to collect their sixth memory card wins instantly.
Creating Your Own Cards
The box includes 4 blank sheets to add your personal touch. Draw your own memories with pencils, markers, or paints (let them dry), or glue on photos. Then cut each sheet along the dashed lines into 6 cards.
This way, you’ll have 24 custom memory cards to replace the game’s base cards.

We recommend watching the video rules in the “Video” section and, if desired, exploring the detailed PDF rules in the “Files” section.
