About the Board Game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The Board Game
This is a comprehensive cooperative game for 1-4 players, inspired by the cult classic "S.T.A.L.K.E.R." video game series. It features high-quality models and top-notch components that vividly capture the harsh and perilous atmosphere of the Zone. Designed for both seasoned players and newcomers, it offers two modes: a campaign and the Zone Survival expansion included with the base game.
Gameplay Overview
Players take on the roles of stalkers, encountering familiar franchise characters: scientists, fanatics of the “Monolith” order, the rival factions “Duty” and “Freedom,” bandits, traders, as well as mutants and diverse anomalies.
Throughout the game, you’ll progress through a campaign, collecting artifacts, weapons, and resources, battling enemies and monsters, completing missions, and searching for cures.
Each mission has a unique map made of tiles that stalkers navigate. Environmental cards on the map reveal what you’ll face. As you play, you’ll be exposed to radiation, and every step could be a risky one—potentially your last.
Zone Survival Mode Expansion
This expansion is included in the base Ukrainian localization of "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The Board Game" and offers full scenarios instead of standalone missions.
It features 10 distinct scenarios playable on any of 10 maps, yielding 100 possible combinations! You’ll also use a new event deck, meet new NPCs, and acquire new gear. Anomalies and enemies are randomized.
