It’s the year 2964, and shopping malls are back at the height of popularity—what’s wrong with finding everything you need in one massive complex? The only hitch: these malls are popping up across the galaxy, and the Allocator 3000™ can’t keep up with everyone’s demands.
You’re rookie engineers vying to build the most captivating shopping mall in the universe! Your challenge is to combine shops and attractions in a way that satisfies every visitor who steps into your creation.
About the Board Game "Superstore 3000"
This is a strategic board game blending tile placement and resource management, centered on mall construction. Your goal is to erect the tallest, most impressive mall to delight as many customers as possible. The box brims with high-quality components (those visitor figures alone are stunning!) and offers deep strategy with accessible rules.
How to Play "Superstore 3000"?
During setup, each player randomly takes a main entrance tile, 3 starting money tiles, 3 visitors, a floors track, a personal attraction tile, and a random orange personal attraction card.
Each player places their main entrance in front of them, leaving space above it (this is your mall’s base and 1st floor), and sets their 3 visitors in the designated spots. Then, place your floors track beside the entrance.
In the table’s center, set up the "Allocator 3000," with 8 mall sections placed face-up in its slots. All remaining mall sections go face-down beside it (the reserve for refilling the Allocator).
After setup and deciding the first player, players take turns choosing one of two actions: build something or take money.
Building
This action lets you add a tile to your mall—either a mall section, an attraction (general or personal), or a cosmoparking.
- Mall sections are shops (food, hobby, or fashion) or entrances. To place a section, pick one tile from the "Allocator 3000" and position it above your main entrance, cosmoparking, another mall section, or an attraction platform. Grouping like sections scores more points at game’s end. Sections in the Allocator’s bottom row are free; from the 2nd row up, pay 1 banknote per row (the top row costs 3 banknotes).
- You can spend an action to build an attraction. Discard its card from the game (or reveal it if it’s personal) and place its tile in your mall. Attractions can’t overlap any tile (mall section, attraction, entrance, or cosmoparking), even partially. Each has placement conditions to heed. At game’s end, they’re worth 4, 6, or 8 points.
- You can build a gray cosmoparking if your mall has at least 1 section of each category, or a brown cosmoparking with at least 2 of each. Only 1 cosmoparking per type is allowed, and only 1 can be built per turn. Place it on the 1st floor, adjacent to the main entrance or another cosmoparking. You can now build mall sections and attractions above it. Each offers special effects and victory points.
Take Money
Instead of building, grab new banknotes. Take a mall section from the Allocator’s bottom row, flip it to the banknote side, and place it in your play area. For each same-category section in that column, take 1 extra banknote from the bank. If the bank runs low, take what’s available.
Intergalactic Visitors
Each visitor craves a specific shop and stays there until the game ends. Symbols by their spots show their whims. You start with 3 visitors, but placing entrance tiles or certain cosmoparkings brings new shoppers to your mall.
To reach their desired shop, a visitor can move up to 3 tiles away—vertically (up/down) or horizontally (left/right), not diagonally. Attraction tiles don’t count toward the 3-tile limit.
The Most Original Mall!
The game ends when one condition is met:
- The last mall section from the reserve is placed on the "Allocator 3000."
- The last general attraction is built.
Players score points for the most satisfied visitors, the largest group of mall sections (food, hobby, fashion), and points from attraction and cosmoparking tiles. The highest scorer earns the title of the engineer behind the most original mall!

One Last Note
Simple rules, yet a richly deep experience. A mix of economy, strategy, and management. Tons of top-notch components (all 56 unique visitor figures boast distinct art) and Euro-game quality. That’s just the tip of the iceberg hiding a profound gameplay core.
Each turn offers just one of two actions, but every choice is packed with deep strategy and endless variety: where to place a section, how to satisfy shoppers, and—crucially—how to fit that quirky attraction tile... or maybe grab money and wait? Galu the Rooster is convinced "Superstore 3000" is perfect for anyone, as building your own mall keeps conflict nearly nonexistent.
For a deep economic Eurogame where analysis paralysis feels euphoric, try "Brass: Birmingham"—the triumphant #1 board game known to humanity.
The game packaging does not use external plastic wrap.
The game is sealed with special transparent circular stickers on both sides of the box.
