"Explain Differently" is a psychological board game for two teams. The game includes 1,050 words on 150 cards, developed in partnership with psychologist Yuliya Haidai.
The psychological game "Explain Differently" is designed for those who want to spend time both thrillingly and meaningfully with family, friends, or colleagues. On one hand, it’s about the meaning of words; on the other, it’s about the fact that words carry meaning.
Game Rules
- Form two teams of players and come up with team names.
- Place the cards face down with the words hidden.
- Each team chooses a player to start explaining words. The explaining player changes with each attempt.
- During one attempt, you can use one card.
- You have 1 minute to explain the words on one card.
- If the last word is started before the minute ends, it can be guessed without a time limit.
- To explain a word, you can use definitions, associations, experiences, and emotions.
- You cannot use words with the same root.
- 1 correctly guessed word = 1 point.
- Keep track of each team’s points.
- The team that reaches 70 points wins.
