Game Rules
- Find a comfortable space where you can focus.
- Place the cards face-down with questions hidden. We also recommend having a notebook and pen handy.
- Answer the questions by writing down your responses.
- Not all questions will have immediate answers—and that’s okay. You can revisit some cards later.
- Allow yourself to dive deep within. Observe your thoughts, feelings, actions, and reactions.
- When moving to tasks, choose something you can do today. Use these cards as practical steps to help cope with the breakup.
- Let this game guide you through the breakup to your truest self.
