From the sea to the Tatras, across the length of Poland, marvelous regions await discovery. Want to watch bison in the shade of the Białowieża Forest? Or perhaps you prefer strolling the enchanting streets of Wrocław? "Ticket to Ride: Poland" takes you on a unique journey into the past, where you’ll play as a railroad magnate of the last century, helping to develop a rail network not only within the country but also with neighboring nations.
No matter how diverse the base game is, players always crave fresh experiences and new expansions. Many games deliver this—and the board game "Ticket to Ride" does so with a vast array of additional maps and new rules.
Each map in the "Ticket to Ride" series comes with unique rules that influence gameplay and movement planning. In the case of the Poland map, it’s all about enhancing connections with neighboring countries. Beyond linking cities, your routes can also reach border crossings, connecting adjacent nations.
If you manage to establish such a connection on your turn, you draw the top cards from the special decks of both countries. The point values decrease in order, meaning the first players to claim these cards can expect a higher bonus.
