"Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion" is a tactical cooperative game set in a unique fantasy world. Players will take on the roles of experienced mercenaries and together fight evil during a campaign with a captivating storyline full of challenges and unexpected twists. To successfully complete each scenario of the campaign, it’s important not only to choose the right strategy but also to play the right cards at the right moment. To replay the story campaign, you may need a set of special stickers.

In "Jaws of the Lion," you will find four new unique heroes who can also be added to the big box of Gloomhaven, sixteen types of monsters (seven new regular enemies and three new bosses), and most importantly, a new story with twenty-five scenarios. However, despite such rich content, "Jaws of the Lion" is designed to be accessible to a wide audience of players—many of the confusing rules from the first game have been simplified, and instead of a modular battlefield, you are provided with ready-made maps: they can be found on the pages of the scenario books.
